Fly to Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). We love it and we know you will too. The hotel is only a 5-minute drive.

Amtrak services the greater Palm Springs area. You can catch a bus or ride into downtown.
Automobiles
While the reception and ceremony will both be at the same venue, if you plan to do sight-seeing, we recommend renting a car.

For guests traveling from out of town, We have reserved a block of rooms at The Saguaro at a discounted rate for those that wish to stay where the ceremony and reception are taking place. Book by April 12, 2025 to receive the special rate.

How do I get there? Will there be parking? + -
We recommend flying into Palm Springs International Airport. Then The Saguaro Palm Springs is a short taxi, Uber, Lyft ride from there. If you choose to drive, there is a large parking lot available for guests.
What time should I arrive? + -
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We ask that guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. This will allow you plenty of time to park, grab a drink, and find a seat!

We will be having an "unplugged ceremony", meaning no phones or cameras. We have hired professionals to capture these precious moments for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them! After the ceremony, feel free to take & post as many pictures/videos as you would like. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag: #Lauren+Brian
What should I do if I can't make it? + -
Your presence will surely be missed! If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Declines with regret," that way we can plan accordingly. You can send back your RSVP via mail, or fill out this form online. Thank you!
